APOGEE data model contains 4 main branches:
- APOGEE_ASPCAP
- Results from stellar parameters and abundances pipeline.
- APOGEE_REDUX
- Results from data reduction pipeline.
- APOGEE_DATA
- Raw data.
- APOGEE_TARGET
- Target selection files.
- APOGEE_ROOT/software
- Working versions of software (from SVN) [actually, software should be self-documenting, not in the datamodel].
Note that data directory is synced to SAS from APO; it is retrieved from SAS for UVa/others.
All other directories, except software, are synced to SAS from UVa.
