- DECCEN (float64): declination, J2000 deg
- CHUNK (int32): chunk number
- NTARGETS (int32): number of targets assigned total (should
be NBOSS plus NANCILLARY)
- NBOSS (int32): number of BOSS targets assigned
- NANCILLARY (int32): number of ancillary targets assigned
- NFILLER (int32): number of "filler" targets assigned
as repeats
- COMMENTS (string): comments about each tile
