Data model: astromQAFieldFlag

General description: This file records the default flags to give each field in a run/camcol based on the astrometric QA in comparison with a reference catalog. It is based on the results in the astromQAFieldSummary file. For each field it reports whether it should be considered "bad" with respect to its astrometry and/or with respect to its proper motions.

BADFIELD, BADFIELDGROUP and BADFIELDCAT refer to the positions. BADFIELD means the field itself is 200 mas or more off in the astrometry relative to the reference catalog. BADFIELDCAT labels catastrophic errors of 500 mas or more. BADFIELDGROUP uses a median of the surrounding fields (plus or minus 3 around the current field), and a stricter criterion of 100 mas.

BADPMFIELD, BADPMFIELDGROUP and BADPMFIELDCAT refer to the positions. BADPMFIELD means the field itself is 5 mas/yr or more off in the astrometry relative to the reference catalog. BADPMFIELDCAT labels catastrophic errors of 10 mas/yr or more. BADPMFIELDGROUP uses a median of the surrounding fields (plus or minus 3 around the current field), and a stricter criterion of 2.5 mas/yr.
