General description: For the DR7 reference catalog in the astrometry QA files, this gives a list of DR7 reference stars, with positions and proper motions. There is one file per run.

• PMRA (float32): RA proper motion, mas/yr
• PMDEC (float32): Dec proper motion, mas/yr
• FLAGS (int64): object quality flags from photo
• MODE (int8): resolve mode (1 for primary, 2 for secondary)
• STATUS (int32): DR7 status flag
