General description: This file is an intermediate file used by the CAS database load. It contains most of the data associated with objects in a run (as found in the photoObj files). It is parallel with the photoObjAll CAS table that it feeds into. Each run is broken up into multiple sqlPhotoObjAll files for the loading process, numbered by SEQNO starting at 1.
