General description: This file is an intermediate file used by the CAS database load. It contains the profile information associated with objects in a run (as found in the photoObj files). It is parallel with the photoProfile CAS table that it feeds into. Each run is broken up into multiple sqlPhotoProfile files for the loading process, numbered by SEQNO starting at 1.
