General description: Tunable parameters for the SSC pipeline. The file contents must consist only of keywords (no tables). The actual contents are not controlled by the data model, as they are used only by the pipeline, as thus are controlled by the pipeline. This file is the template data model file. It is meant as a guideline to how to write each data model file. The main categories (in bold) should be respected, but extra information can be included as appropriate.
