General description:
This file is a quality assurance file used by the drillers to assure
that they have drilled the holes in the correct places. The
important information in that respect are the xFlat, yFlat numbers.

Required header keywords:
- plateId (int32): plate identification number
- raCen (float64): right ascension of plate center, in J2000
degrees
- decCen (float64): declination of plate center, in J2000
degrees
- theta (float32): position angle of the plate (note much of
the plate code completely untested for theta not equal zero)
Required column names in DRILLPOS structure:
- holeType (string): type of hole, defined by the enumerated
type HOLETYPE; one of "OBJECT", "COHERENT_SKY", "GUIDE", "LIGHT_TRAP",
"ALIGNMENT" or "QUALITY"
- objId[5] (int32): SDSS ID numbers for the object, if
available (run, rerun, camcol, field id); 0s otherwise
- ra (float64): right ascension of target, J2000 degrees
- dec (float64): declination of target, J2000 degrees
- xFocal (float32): X position of hole in focal plate, in mm
- yFocal (float32): Y position of hole in focal plate, in mm
- xFlat (float32): X position of hole in focal plate when
plate is flat, in mm
- yFlat (float32): Y position of hole in focal plate when
plate is flat, in mm
- xDrill (float32): X position of hole in 3D
- yDrill (float32): Y position of hole in 3D
- zDrill (float32): Z position of hole in 3D
- holeDiam (float32): diameter of hole to drill (mm)
