General description: This file is a quality assurance file used by the drillers to assure that they have drilled the holes in the correct places. It is basically a copy of information already in plDrillPos. Despite the ".par" suffix, it is not a Yanny parameter file.

Format: the values separated by commas are:

• objId[5] (int32): SDSS ID numbers for the object, if available (run, rerun, camcol, field id); 0s otherwise; not separated
• xFlat (float32): X position of hole in focal plate when plate is flat, in mm
• yFlat (float32): Y position of hole in focal plate when plate is flat, in mm
• holeDiam (float32): diameter of hole to drill (mm)
