General description: This file contains the list of plates to design. For SDSS-III, the information specified here is not used for the plate design itself, but it is still used by the platedb. Also, for multiple-pointing plates, the haMin and haMax are for the first pointing only.

Required header keywords:

• plateRun (string): name of plate run (same as PLATERUN in naming convention)

Required column names:

• plateId (int32): plate identification number
• tileId (int32): tile identification number (irrelevant for SDSS-III, we put in designId here)
• temp (int32): temperature being assumed for the drilling
• haMin (float32): minimum hour angle for observation (deg)
• haMax (float32): minimum hour angle for observation (deg)
• mjdDesign (int32): MJD designed for

Notes on case: plate and platedb are case sensitive products, so case must be respected for this file
