Geometry and targets from tiling brought together in a global way, as produced by tiling's "do.mkGlobal" script.
A global list of boundaries and masks is created and put into
tilingBoundary.par and tilingMask.par.
A list of unique tiled targets is created. The first boundary in which
each object appears is recorded, as is its sector (a.k.a. "overlap
region"). Mask is ORed among all the runs. Then the information is
stored in tiGlobal.fit.
The full list of tiles is in tileFull.par.
These are not the final, official combined results, though, which are "final".
