General description: There are one of these files per mapping of each plate. The file has one HDU. That HDU has one row for each of the 640 objects that got fibers on this plate. The rows are taken, unaltered, from the seguetsObjSetAll file. The rows are put in fiberid order, such that row 0 corresponds to the object in fiber 1, row 1 to the object in fiber 2, etc.
Naming convention: seguetsObjPlate-YYYY-AAAAA-QQ.fits where YYYY is the plateid and AAAAA is the MJD on which the plate was mapped and QQ is the map number. The string YYYY-AAAAA-QQ can be found in the NAME keyword in the spPlate files. This is also the same string that is used to name the plPlugMapM files.
