General description: These files contain the photometric data associated with each match of each plate to SDSS photometry, sorted in the same way as the spZbest files (that is, by fiber number). The data here is associated with the position-based match listed in the photoMatchPlate file. The structure of the data in this file is identical to that in the photoObj files. However, the header information is different than for those files, because most of the header information in the photoObj files is specific to a particular SDSS field.
