General description: This ASCII file contains a list of plate numbers and MJDs (hyphen-separated) for SEGUE-II spectroscopic observations which have been, or are currently being, processed by the SSPP pipeline. It is used by the SSPP robot (sspp-robot.sh) to determine which of the plates available should be run. Note that the plate_mjd_done.list file cannot be used to determine which plates have already been run as entries are added to it only after completion of the SSPP pipeline. The plate_mjd_done.list file does not contain entries for plate-MDJs which are being processed, but which have not completed.
Naming convention: Self-explanatory.
Approximate size: 11 Bytes per line.
