General description: Information on the duplicates found among the individual target files produced by the SEGUE team (found in the SEGUE-1 target directory and the SEGUE-2 target directory. Essentially, we look for any duplicate SDSS ID values among all of the targets in all of those files, and for repeats we mark all but one as duplicate. Each "duplicate file" just contains all of the objects in the original file, in the same order. Duplicates are ignored in subsequent processing and do NOT appear in the final target files.
